Joseph Parker

 Joseph Parker began making art when he was just eight-years-old. Now 68, he paints, sculpts, draws and is currently focusing on metal work and illustrating a book. He studied with the Art Students League in Paris, where he met his late wife Sophie (of Chez Sophie restaurant fame in Saratoga). Aside from his work displayed at the restaurant. What inspires him to continue creating? ”Life!” he said.
