 ARTIST EXPANDS

 Albany artist Tommy Watkins, who last year painted a mural in the stairway leading down to the Daily Grind in Albany, is venturing into restaurant design. For the new Shogun Sushi and Sake restaurant on Delaware Avenue in Delmar, Watkins has designed everything from the interior to the menus. Delmar’s newest eatery opens Tuesday at 318 Delaware Ave. in the Main Square Plaza, Delmar. Call 729-5727 for information.
